The author admittedly supports the separation of church and state ("I do not want the church or any religious institution to control the state nor for the state to control the church" ~ preface to "Making Sense of God"), so in this book I expect him to reject secular (legal) marriage in favor of religious (biblical) marriage. Is this so?
