The soundtrack is available from my local library (I live in San Francisco) so perhaps you could also get it through your local library. I read this book when it was newly published, years ago, and loved it. Sadly, I lent it to a friend and never got it back, as too often happens, even though I had specified that I wanted it returned. It is a great fun read, and the music was also good. Hope you can get the CD.(less)
