Hi Mr. Nair,

True in one aspect, it might seem to be a blame game.. But isnt that a thing with all the accounts, whether written in a biographical or an autobiographical format?

I like Khushwant singh in particular because I can clearly announce that he is the one who has really raised my interest in the Nehru family and the deeds or misdeeds done during the 80's-90's era.

Also, myself coming from a stoic Hindu aryasamaji, anti-Muslims, RSS supporting family; I almost grew up blaming Gandhi, Pandit Nehru and supporting Indira for operation blue star and emergency.. (just to quote few examples). but as I grew up and read more stuff, I started questioning- arent all these just "perspectives"? History has anyway been a perspective.. what can be right from 1 point of view is never right (in the same capacity) from the other point of view.

So yes, at the outset, it might seem to be a "blame game" that Mr. Khushwant singh has ngaged in through this book.. But according to me, he gave me some insights into the hidden world of politics and its protagonists at the different points in time..(less)
