Is this book part of the new Canon?

Jim From what I've read, it's not. It's part of the old Legends canon. I found this list to be helpful for the new canon :)

eh. it's been very hard for me to figure out where this fits in anything. Any thoughts on other Ferris olin books if any? Also difference in old and new cannon ? I like star wars. most of the movies and I've read some of the books just not a super super super fan that knows everything (don't kill me ;)) .
