Dolores You can, but you will miss out on the other books which are good. I have read all the books in order and have enjoyed them. The women have shown stren…moreYou can, but you will miss out on the other books which are good. I have read all the books in order and have enjoyed them. The women have shown strengths in character, intelligence which balances with the hero. I would really recommend you start with the first book "Lion's Lady". If you enjoy a book where the heroine surprises the hero of her capabilities then you would enjoy the whole series.(less)
