Horrible story. A book that could only be liked by rapists and pedophiles, as it’s a good "how to" book. Jance uses her vivid imagination on how to terrorize and brutalize young women barely in their teens. Of course the story is decorated with talk about caring Hispanic families, medicine men etc. But even there, there are stories of drunken fathers, beaten women and children. A little more along that route and it could be a Stephen King horror novel. (less)
