I then w…moreI don't know if you're still interested, but I can tell you what I did. I went to PA Brown's website and there is contact information listed. I then wrote her an email about this book. She wrote me back and told me the print version was no longer in print and if I wanted the e book version she could send it to me just tell her what I use ( kindle, nook, etc). I sent her the information and she sent me the e book. (less)
