But, there is the part where he wrote her a whole long sweet apology letter for leaving her like that. I guess we are supposed to infer that the letter touched her and made her give him a shot and fall in love with him.(less)

If you were to give this book a movie rating (G, PG, PG-13 or R), what would it be, and why? I'm a highly sensitive person and don't do well reading books with violence, graphic descriptions of medical issues, or sex scenes. Thanks for the heads up! No spoilers, please!
