This book is a classic, read by thousands of students each year in writing classes in high school and college. So why hasn't the (purple paperback) cover been updated since 1994? Why is nobody discussing the fact that the font changes shape and size from page to page? Is this intentional? Is it a trick to help me notice the world around me more?
