Is it true that this book includes the story of a man molesting his daughter and his wife not only forgiving him but STAYING married to him (i.e. forcing their daughter to live with her molester) because it was partly the wife's fault for not being intimate with him? I have read a lot of reviews and only one person mentions this. Was this not alarming to anyone?

The sin was definitely alarming, you are right on there; the picture that his conviction/redemption and their forgiveness draws is challenging and beautiful. The daughter still asked her dad to walk her down the aisle when she got married a few years later. Dillow does not say that this is what Christian families should do in that sort of situation though; she's very clear to always say "this is what THIS family/wife did in their/her situation." (less)
