Stanley I wouldn't think so because this book deals with the central question of "Why is there so little difference between Christians and everyone else?"

One might hope for example that Christians would not love the same worldly things that others do (an indication of this is meeting someone who asks, "What do you do ?"); are not caught by the same compulsions (anger, revenge, substances, lust); are not known for all the scarlet sins.

Sadly this seems to be not the case.

The analysis of Romans 6 alone, for those wanting to do more, and perhaps uncomprehending of,

"... knowing this, that our old man was crucified with Him, that the body of sin may be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves of sin."

is sufficient to read this book.

But, it deals with the entire book of Romans, surely the one letter that encapsulates most if not all of what it means to be a Christian.(less)
