How can you go to a drive in during the day? I want to read this book but can't get past that. Is this explained at all in the book? (And honestly if you tell me it's fun and just go with it that would be ok too)

I think it's supposed to be like 4 movies being shown, so while it starts during the daytime (late afternoon I imagine), it doesn't really get going until dusk. So far I'm enjoying it. It's cheesy but fun.(less)
