Can anyone comment on the content of this book from a 'Parental Guidance' standpoint? I'm specifically concerned with profanity (especially blasphemy), and sexual content. I'd like to listen to this on a road trip but will have kids in the vehicle.

The most concerning thing for parents is probably the extremely common usage of the 'n-word'.
