I have not yet read Circe, but I have read Song of Achilles. I liked that book, but I think this one is better. It’s much longer though if you are not into long books. (less)

My only criticism was that she described certain characters by hair color. It kind of upset my original idea of how they appeared physically. I especially loved the role of Paris in Helen's life. It was very much a star-crossed whirlwind romance that would upset the masses.(less)
