I was wondering throughout the book whether that would occur again as well. I was glad when it did not though as I really liked the characters who would be affected. From what we learned about Sam's character, I got the impression that was a one-off lapse in judgement.(less)

This question pertains specifically to the audio edition: There is a narrator for each of the main characters whose perspective the story is portrayed. Which narrator for which character? Anyone know? I think I have figured out at least one, but some do sound similar.
