I don't have the math or physics background that many scientists insist is necessary to understand QM but have managed to learn much about the basic concepts. This book does give good explanations that don't require any knowledge about the math and formulas that make up QM. The book also adds to my feeling that many scientists hide behind the math because they don't want to deal with any metaphysical implications that seem to arise when they try to explain QM in non-mathematical ways. Obviously you can't use QM to develop scientific theories or produce technology without a complete understanding of the math but some of us just want to know what it is that's holding up our seemingly solid world at the subatomic level.
