Law Again, there are good books on this list. For She is Wrath and Don't Let the Forest In look intriguing. This Motherless Land might be better than Wahala but I might skip it. Can you recommend me a book to read from this list? Are they any good?

message 3: by Mica (new)

Mica I think the The Blue Hour and Don't Let the Forest In are quite interesting!

message 4: by Kristen (new)

Kristen Fort I enjoyed This Motherless Land, was lucky to receive an ARC.

message 5: by dany (new)

dany Qu**r romance? So is it gay or lesbian? Are the characters bisexual? Characters could be bisexual and end up in a m/f relationship. That term means nothing at all and I avoid books that use it. Specific > vague.

message 6: by V. (new)

V. Arrow @dany The mc is ace, so it falls under the umbrella of queer without specifically being gay or lesbian. You could read the actual synopsis and reviews to learn more.

message 7: by V. (new)

V. Arrow @dany The MC is ace, so their terminology is both fitting and specific.

message 8: by Max (new)

Max Don't let the Forest In is amazing and I'm so glad that its getting more hype <3

Oh. So it's not gay at all. Also, there are two books listed there as qu**r, so idk which one you mean—these hooks on this page should be good enough to get someone to actually click the book

Louise Bath Nothing there that grabs me at all.

It doesn't need to be specific. That's the whole point. It could be any or none of those things. It encompasses anyone who is not cisgender and/or heterosexual. That's it. Not everyone can just be put in a particular box. If you don't like the term, or only like really specific book relationships, just skip it. This is a you problem.

message 17: by Ashley (new)

Ashley Thank you for providing this list of books! So many new books are released that it can be overwhelming to find a list, so I already appreciate people putting in the effort. I added several of these to my TBR!
I'm not sure why the people who comment on these are often just there to say "I don't like any of these" but I mean...I guess all opinions are welcome? Like make your own list??
