I don't always leave a review, only when I have something to say. I try to see the positives in every book, even when they are "not my cup of tea" as I believe that authors spend months if not years, writing their masterpieces and it must be soul destroying for them, if they do not get positive and great reviews. Having said that, I will give a low star rating if I feel it's warranted. I work hard and even though my family have now flown the nest (and I have my first grandson), I am involved in their lives offering support and a lot of child-minding hours, so as I said, reading is my escapism!
