We're supposed to have sleet and ice and maybe some snow today, getting worse by the afternoon. It's too dark out to see, but the low is 16 now with 30 mph winds gusting to 40 mph and 30 degrees will be the high. It's actually 30 now, and the temperature is dropping.
So while I'm at home worrying about the weather and risking driving in, be sure and drop by Casablanca and make your comments count! :)
My editor wants me to expand into uncharted territory...what would you like to read about next?
I had fun at work asking my co-workers. Two wanted me to write young adult cat stories. My manager has Jack Russell terriers so was giving me some wild scenario of a JR terrier with teeth and wings and....
I reminded her that this has to be a romance. My mother used to come up with all kinds of horror stories. And I had to remind her I write romance. LOL :)
There was mention of bear shifters--bears are huggable-looking...but...
And selkies--seal shifters...a seal doesn't look very sexy to me....
I love mermen, but it's been done. And I had started a male genie story years ago, but it's been done also. No on setting the wolves in a historical setting to show them earlier on. And no on time travels.
Hmmm.....so have fun! Come up with some interesting ideas for fun on this bitter cold day and make me smile or laugh or....even give an idea some lengthy consideration! :)
My co-workers were saying they didn't think I was taking them seriously. :) Of course I am. I'm still envisioning the flying Jack Russell terrier in flight...still trying to come up with the romance angle. :)
Have a super hump day and let your imaginations run wild!!!

There are lots of animals, tigers, lions, dragons. I know there are dragon books, but not too many shifters books on them.
Seal belong in the sea and they need to stay there! lol They are so slimey! Gross!
We need a good series Terry. :)
