CATHARSIS - PAPERBACK - COVER IMAGE DARKENED BY CREATESPACE - NEEDS TO GET FIXED BEFORE LAUNCH:

The 2 images in the link above are of the two covers I've had to send this week to 'fix' an issue that is clearly occurring from their side - the images below are what CS has done with the covers! They replied back saying 'transparency was fixed' and 'below300DPI images will appear pixelated' - but they said the same thing about my 'Governess' cover and it turned out okay:

So right now am waiting to talk to their technical team member to ask why they are sucking out the reds and greens and enhancing the greys and black - I can hardly see the face in the blood, can you? I really cannot ‘whiten’ the front or the back any further! Digital Proofer of CS is a very reliable indicator as to how a cover will appear so am not ordering a proof and not making it available in stores till I know it’s a book cover I’d like to buy - even though most links for the paperback at Amazon, its territories and B&N are functional. Barnes and Noble even has it @ $10.06 now!
