Talk to me: Do any of these books interest you?

Trying to put together a varied list of books that had an impact on me, but now I’m wondering: is this at all interesting?  Are you interested primarily (and maybe exclusively) in novels?

Nancy I'm interested. Although I must admit novels catch my interest most often, I have a variety of books in my shelves in all sorts of subjects. I'd like to know what interests on of my favorite authors.

Jillian I'm looking forward to your list. I love all types of books (novels, series and novellas) and formats (print, ebook and audio).

Rosina Lippi Thanks for the feedback. I hope you find something interesting in the list -- and Jillian, the first part of the list already went up, the day before yesterday. I'm pretty sure it posted here as well as on the weblog.

Jillian I missed your post yesterday. Several of the books look interesting. I think, I will start with The Shipping News by Annie Proulx.

Debbe I enjoy just about everything although short stories would come toward the bottom. I also enjoy seeing some authors' favourites on my list as well. Makes me feel that I'm reading some worthwhile things! I tend to do a lot of easy listening when I walk my Lab.
