UNCLE

After years of stubborn resistance I've finally decided to give it a whirl. I put one of my books on Kindle Unlimited. I just pulled "After Last Call" from all e-book retailers save Amazon.

Feels a little squicky.

I've always been opposed to Amazon's policy of demanding exclusivity in order to participate in its subscription service, but I'm royally sick and tired of promoting my books and want to spend my limited free time on my writing.

There seems to be a glut of indie titles already available on Unlimited so I suspect that I'm late to the party. We'll see. It's only a three month commitment so I can always turn back next fall.

If you're a subscriber, here's a link : http://www.amazon.com/After-Last-Call...

If anyone with a Nook would like an e-pub review copy of "After Last Call" PM me your e-mail address :)

Eric Plume I just did the same thing with Margin Play. Having it up on Smashwords and B&N resulted in precisely one sale...and that was the friend who requested I format it for the Nook. It may feel like "selling out", but at the end of the day we indies have to go with what works.
