What famous actor is a distant cousin (very distant!) to Richard III?

Stories about kings today. Another interesting relative of Richard III is taking part in the services on Thursday. http://www.vanityfair.com/hollywood/2...
And here is some more news about the kings (and queens) fighting over the Iron Throne.

MaryKatherine He seems to be everywhere these days! I'm not complaining--he's a wonderful actor--and I'm glad he's participating in Richard's services. Thanks for the info, Sharon!

Sharon Wouldn't it have been nice, MaryKate, if he'd chosen to read a passage from Sunne tomorrow. :-)

Leila I'm hoping also MaryKate as I am sure many more lovers of Sunne also are. Fingers crossed for you Sharon

Barbara Benedict will be Richard in the new The Hollow Crown production. I wonder if new knowledge of RIII influenced his portrayal.

Sharon An interesting question, Barbara.

Rebecca I read that ages ago...but unfortunately for Benedict I have a tendency to mispronounce his name to camembert..HAhahahahhaha!!!!And I don't even eat cheese!

I will look out for that Hollow Crown production.....I did watch Wolf Hall and very nearly turned it off as I felt Mark Rylance simply didn't feel like Cromwell to me. And to be honest, though I enjoyed the books, I didn't like the way Cromwell has been re-imagined...Did all the be-headings from Anne Boleyn to priests to Saints happen kinda sorta by accident?...Thomas Cromwell was a cruel man living in cruel times and he did cruel things...IMHO....

Rebecca PS: To GOT...Am I the only one to note that Melisandre seems to have gone from the 'red woman' to the 'purple woman?'...Isn't purple a royal colour? I also realise it is used for mourning...but this is Westeros if mourning was required I think the entire cast would be wearing purple or black lol....

As for spoiling the books...nah I like to find out what is going on internally within the characters...so I shall be buying the books when GRRM decides to finish them.
