There are two sides of the law. The 'Public' side and the 'Private' side. I am one of very few in this world who uses the 'Private' side. This is critical to the issue of personal liberty as opposed to being considered chattel property of the state. Confused? Good. We have a lot to discuss!
Let me put it this way: On the private side - God created man in his image and likeness to have fellowship with him and he gave man dominion over the earth.
Man created government to serve him, organise his affairs on earth and provide for defense, security and a level playing field where all could achieve prosperity.
Today, government (the created) dominates and controls man (its creator) and God has no place in the equation! Sound familiar?

I have used the maxim of law that says the same thing that you're saying above and I put it as which says that the created has no authority over the Creator... this means the State of Illinois created by man has no authority over man. So how can these days of Illinois be the plaintiff? Did the state of Illinois get up one day and the call the prosecuting attorney and say that it wishes to create a complaint? Mark, I really am interested in speaking with you as soon as possible. Seriously I am so passionate about saving this country and I definitely wish to hear from you soon due to the fact that my life has turned upside down and backwards and I am definitely in a place where now I recognize I need help. Having been called a so-called philanthropist most of my life because I took over a couple dozen men into my home usually for over a year and gave them everything they needed to be able to get back on their feet and start over again without ever asking for one thing in return, I realize that now I am in a place where I need someone or several people to help me so that I may survive the attacks that have been done on me that have been unlawful and illegal.

Maybe I should be adding that I'm aware there are two things that I need. Although I have done the Declaration of status as per the Hague convention many years ago or several years ago, the court refused to record it. I went to one of the federal courts in Southern California.
