Budweiser, how could you?

How can Budweiser do this? Even Scrooge had to smile at those traditional Christmas ads, which simply showed the Clydesdales pulling a sleigh through a tranquil snowy landscape as Christmas songs played softly in the background. Has Budweiser forgotten that people love their Clydesdales? Their ads almost always are voted the most popular in the Super Bowl. Bah, humbug. http://www.nbcnews.com/business/busin...

Therese I don't like commercials but that surprised me. How on earth can zombies replace those Clydesdales?
*Still shaking my head*

Sharon I assume they will still use the Clydesdales in their SB ads, Therese, but it looks as if those beautiful Christmas commercials are gone with the wind. They were so unobtrusive, too, just showing the horses pulling a sleigh through a snowy landscape.

Juliette Well, they are no longer an American company...

CatBookMom Thanks for the info. I don't see many commercials, but the Clydesdales are always such good ones, more than the usual ones that just sell-the-product-loudly.

Roberta Say it isn't so, Bud!
