Why I don't like speaking with reporters (a bit of a rant)

There is a reason why I am not a fan of speaking with reporters/journalists. I was recently interviewed by a freelance writer for The Walrus--a well-known Canadian Arts magazine. I said yes even though I was skeptical from the get-go.

Well... The link to the finished article just arrived in my inbox. 
I read it.
I became annoyed.
I was going to ignore it and move on. But, as the day progressed, I just became more irritated by the condescending tone.
