Lux Series: Beginnings

Today is the day we revealed the cover for the Lux Series Beginnings bind up. Yay!

Beginnings is Obsidian and Onyx combined with bonus content. It will release on June 3rd, 2014 in print. If you’re new to the series and curious about the bind up, you can go HERE to read more info about it.

B&N

Ah, it’s so pretty and I want to pet it. What I love about this cover is that we have Katy front and center, and since the story/series is really about Katy, especially through Obsidian and Onyx, I love that she is finally represented on the cover.

Here is the description for those who are new to the series:

Obsidian

There’s an alien next door. And with his looming height and eerie green eyes, he’s hot…until he opens his mouth. He’s infuriating. Arrogant. Stab-worthy. But when a stranger attacks me and Daemon literally freezes time with a wave of his hand, he lights me up with a big fat bulls-eye. Turns out he has a galaxy of enemies wanting to steal his abilities and the only way I’m getting out of this alive is by sticking close to him until my alien mojo fades. If I don’t kill him first, that is.

Onyx

Daemon’s determined to prove what he feels for me is more than a product of our bizarro alien connection. So I’ve sworn him off, even though he’s running more hot than cold these days. But we’ve got bigger problems. I’ve seen someone who shouldn’t be alive. And I have to tell Daemon, even though I know he’s never going to stop searching until he gets the truth. What happened to his brother? Who betrayed him? And what does the DOD want from them—from me?

Next Monday, the cover for Lux Consequences (Opal and Origin w/ bonus content) will be revealed.

Pepe on the cover of Obsidian intrigued me and made me checkbout the plot synopsis. If not for the original cover art, I may not have discovered this great series and JLA when I did. So I get what you mean Trix, but at least the new cover is pretty.

livros.da.sofia Will the separated books still be available ?

Angie @Livia, I completely agree! New cover has more of an Urban Fantasy feel.

@JLA, how will this affect those of us who own the series up to this point (in regards to the final book)? Will the new cover be in the new or old style, or both? Will it be combined or single? I wouldn't want to repurchase a book I already own...
