It's totally dark outside. At 5:30.. of course the rain clouds are not helping.
It's just a good reason to do things that usually only happen in the evening. Put jammies on, drink wine, go to bed...
We switch a week before you and my sleep pattern is still all wonky, and in 6 months we go through it again, just the other way around, bah humbug
This whole thing is dumb. I probably need one of those full-spectrum SAD lamps.
