I Forgot About This Place!!!

Dear Readers,

I’m on Facebook and Twitter and on other blogs so much, I keep forgetting that I can reach you here on my very own blog! And I have so much to catch up with you about. First of all, I’m writing a Southern contemporary romance called SWEET TALK ME. I’m having so much fun with it! Here’s the cover:

What’s so interesting about this cover is that the art department at St. Martin’s Press came up with it and had no idea how big a deal swings are to me! We have a beautiful swing at my parents’ house. I’ve been swinging on it since I was eleven. It’s under a huge old oak tree.

The other big news is that next Tuesday, August 27th, my Regency romance, SAY YES TO THE DUKE, is coming out! You can pre-order it now on the Kindle, on the Nook, on iBooks, and any other e-book platform out there. Also, the paper version will be on shelves at Barnes and Noble, Books-A-Million, and independent bookstores everywhere. You can order a print copy online from Amazon or Barnes and Noble, too, if you can’t find it at your local bookstore. But any bookstore should be able to order a print copy for you. For those of you who are wondering if I’m done with Regencies, the answer is no. I’ve always wanted a contemporary career, too, however, so that’s what I’m focusing on in 2014. But there’s no way I’ll be able to stop writing Regencies forever. I love that time period too much! And I love my readers. Thanks for all your loyalty the past few years. I hope those of you who enjoy my historicals will consider coming over to the contemporary side, too, when SWEET TALK ME comes out in the spring.
