When I did up my first book for self-publication (I know, I know; one should NEVER do their own proofreading/editing. So sue me!) I found a couple of small errors in the ebook version that my OCD simply couldn't live with, so after going through word by word for a third time, I updated again, uploaded the version for the paperback, then ordered myself 5 copies. After 2 weeks in nail-biting wait, in comes my first real book in my hand. I open it to a random page and there it is, a missing quote mark. Upon further checking, many more were found. Ugh. So, edit AGAIN, re-upload, file, and now fourth time lucky, the new copies are on their way to me. Fingers crossed.

Damien, I know what you mean! Even with a professional editor, copy editor, and proofreader, there are a few typos in my first book--missing and backwards quotation marks, and a few things more embarrassing than that. I hope your new copies are perfect!!
I also had the crew entering shuttle bay 2 for one and a half pages, then suddenly at the end of the scene, they were standing in shuttle bay 3! I hope they come through perfect this time too, cause I'm hoping to sell a couple around town. I can't stand things not being correct!
