I know, it's weird that it's a favorite even though her little bro is dying. But it's such a sweet story, on how she'd do anything for her brother, no matter how big and ridiculous it is. It reminds me of a Disney classic, but in modern times, or maybe more like my fave movies Ella Enchanted and Ever After. My brother's GF was asking for book recommendations, and I had just finished rereading this, and I was all, "you should read this, blah blah." I forgot (until AFTER I told her) her dad is dying of a rare type of cancer AND he's a cancer doc, FML. I really love this book, if it ever gets movies rights sold to it, I wanna make it so no one screws it up! I forgot, my wish would be to stop time when I choose, so I can read more books, and get more sleep.

I absolutely loved this book! It was funny, (definite Lucille Ball moments) and sad, and bittersweet. It is a reminder to me why I love your books so much!
my cousin (also a huge fan) didnt read this one because she thought it would be too sad. I assured her she would love it.
