A decadent not-very-healthy but delicious recipe from my Mom:
Ingredients
1 cup minced onion
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
Party Rye bread loaf
Directions
Mix the onion, Parmesan, and mayonnaise together and then put spoonfuls of the mixture on the Rye breads. Broil in the oven for about 5 minutes or brown on top, pictures follow:

Decadent, indeed! I'm not much better, though ;). At the beginning of my experience of making home-made pizza I sometimes used so much cheese that there was more of it than all of the other ingredients ( dough included ). Now it's a little more proportional :P.
