Design Your Own Mixer!

TPW_7981Many of you might remember this, the fun orange floral mixer I’ve given away periodically throughout the past year.

TPW_7996I love this mixer. It was designed and created by my friend Nicole at Un Amore, who is nothing short of amazing at what she does.

Check out some of the beauties she’s designed:

Un Amore Mixers

I drool over every single one—love the yellow and white one!

TPW_8008She paints them all herself.

TPW_7971And her details are beautiful.

TPW_7999I loved this scalloped edge. Lovely!

TPW_7981Today, because I love ya, I’m giving away one custom-painted Kitchen Aid mixer—and the design is entirely your choice! Match your favorite china patters, match your favorite wallpaper—make it all yours!

TO ENTER

To enter this extra special giveaway, just answer the following question in the Comments section of this post:

“How would you design your mixer?”

Would you match your favorite plate? Would you cover it with dalmatian spots? Would you deck it out with zebra stripes? Or would you dress it up with a gnarly skull and crossbones? Just shout out how you’d design your new mixer and you’re automatically entered to win!

(If you have no idea how you’d design your mixer, no problem! Just say so in your comment.)

Note: If you’d prefer to have an orange mixer like the one pictured here, that would be fine, too!

THE RULES

One entry per person, please.

Winners will be selected at random and announced Sunday night.

Good luck!

message 52: by Janet (last edited Dec 16, 2014 04:12PM) (new)

Janet Van I teach math, so I would design it with the beautiful images from the graphs of the Mandlebrot set. These mixers are all very special and beautiful.

message 53: by Leisl (new)

Leisl Findley I would like to start out with the sage green mixer. I love to decorate the kitchen with fruit, so I would love it to look like a bowl of fruit with a couple colors of grapes, peaches, apples, orange, lemon, pomegranite. Maybe a piece of fruit cut open showing the intricate inside.

message 54: by Carol (new)

Carol Shoaf I would love a botanical fruit and veggie one on a khaki green background

message 55: by Cyndi (new)

Cyndi Ganz I have bought all three of my children a kitchenaid mixer but have never spent the money for one on myself. I am totally in love with your mixer, the color is phenomenal and I don't think I could make anything more perfect!

message 56: by Melanie (new)

Melanie B I love to watch Ree and try her recipes! The mixer I would love to design would have wine bottles, wine glasses with white and red wine and bunches of grapes with leaves and coils in different hues. That would make me the envy of all my friends! To not only have a Kitchen-Aid, but a custom painted one!

message 57: by Saundra (new)

Saundra Martin I would like butterflies and rose buds on a mixer.

message 58: by Cherilyn (new)

Cherilyn Loving As a master naturalist I'd love to bring nature into the kitchen-birds, lizards, bugs, butterflies, flowers. What is better than nature's beauty?

message 61: by Bonnie (new)

Bonnie I would like a pink one with roses because it would remind me of my mom when i used it she said when she dies she wanted to have an arm full of roses to give to god for being ßhch a great father, and she died 5 yrs ago .

message 62: by Karol (new)

Karol Bailey I love, love, love your painted mixers. I would paint one with Daisies and then some wild flowers in various colors . I love the scalloped edges you have on your orange mixer but would have mine coming out of a ranch style flower pot embellished with the white or maybe a pale green scalloped edge. Daisies are the first flower my husband gave me on our first date. He heard from a family member that I disliked roses because that is what was used at the funerals of my father's funeral and my sister's when I was little. I think of that always. My husband still gives me daisies if he wants to give me a lift.

message 68: by Jill (new)

Jill Aloha from Maui, HI.
My mixer is my best friend, and if I could design one wit my favorite ideas, it would be blue like Bree used on her chocolate dipping day. I would love Gerbera daisies with their bright colors & dark greens and definately a dragonfly and a monarch butterfly and the small white butterfly too...Ive lost both my parents and a sister, all of whom have passed on their love of cooking and baking. My beautiful mixer would get a workout and they would be represented there -in glorious life . Daddy would be the dragon fly, Mom would be the monarch, Lynn would be the little white butterfly...thats all ...simple-definately not, but very very special. Aloha from Maui!-jill

The first time I saw your kitchenaids I thought they were hand painted so I asked my brother to paint one on for me. Thank goodness he never had the time and a friend told me about the decals how wonderful can't wait to get one.
