It wasn’t Eddie's fault. He didn’t even see her. There was a bump, and the next thing he knew, she was sitting in his passenger seat. Hitting her with his car didn’t kill her. Eddie kept driving. The girl had things to say. She was saying that she’d be happy to be Eddie's “old lady” now. Eddie is just trying to stay in control of the car and not freak out at her.
