Frustrations

This is not the normal rant over publication (or lack thereof) it is over facebook. Gosh I hate it sometimes. I am constantly blocked for friending people. Why? And why would they continually "recommend" me a friend if they are only going to block me from hitting the "request" button? GRRR!

I realize it says it is only for people you already know. If that was all I clicked, then I would have about 20 friends and the list would remain constant throughout eternity. I know very few people. (I am not including family, they can never get rid of me.) I click to meet NEW people who have similar interests, who know some of MY friends, and who just plain "look cool"!

There is also what is called the "ignore" button. If they don't want my friendship they can click ignore and the request disappears. Is that hard? I think I have only had ONE person EVER question why I send a request. And then they hit accept. I would 86 it all together but I LIKE the networking capabilities etc. I like looking at the pics people post (sometimes I blush) and I like the causes they support and the books they publish or review. I want to see what is going on! So I am stuck.

I am stuck in a world where facebook hates me and blocks me after two requests. How do people even max out their friends at 5000? I will never reach that in my lifetime. facebook is to strict on me. And it's not even a "good" strict like a spanking by a man dressed in leather ;P (kidding)

Stupid facebook! You have me trapped in your clutches while you laugh!

Anyway...

I hope you all out there have a Happy Easter. (if you celebrate it) I do. I plan to eat a lot and relax today with family. Loads of fam are coming over here. cousins, aunts, blah blah... should be fun. My family likes me. I'll have to see how many people I can make laugh today :D
