I was getting the same message so I refreshed a couple of times. The blog showed up for me just a few minutes ago.
I think he had some issues with his blog yesterday, the second sentence of this blog says, "Today I’m mostly posting things up to see if I can. We had a bit of a panic yesterday, when the blog just seemed to disappear."
I can't access the blog at all, I keep getting the 404 Not Found error.Are there still troubles with the site?
It was up yesterday when I posted that message, but I am now getting the same 404 error. His main site is still up though, so must be something with just the blog.

Its been working for me after a refresh as stated above. Hardly loads the first time anymore though. I was also thinking it might work if you type the direct path into your address bar. http://blog.patrickrothfuss.com
I also can't get the post to load. I've tried refreshing. I've tried chrome, firefox,and internet explorer. If I try to go directly to a post, I get a 404 error. If I try to go to blog.patrickrothfuss.com I get a domain default page. :-( I miss my Patrick Rothfuss bloggage...
I'm getting the same as Stephanie, even shift-refreshing isn't doing anything.
Worked for me just now, maybe try compatibility view it should be by your address bar.
Amber I net you have that page cached. It's still not working on Safari.
Isn't working for me either. His main website does, but not the blog, strangely enough.

Is your blog still up and running? I get this message whenever I click on the blog tab: "If you see this page, it means that you have set up your web server for serving a new site, but have not uploaded the site content yet." Thought for a moment that work is blocking it but saw your post about the blog disappearing.
