Carolyn CJ Jones I loved your telling of the shift you made to spirituality, your transcendence... I related to your entire post! Thank you.

I, too, made a spiritual shift, forced upon me by my drinking and the need to get sober or die. That occurred 20 years ago; during that time, I learned to forgive the very things I drank over for 30+ years. Two years ago, I published the book The Art of Forgiveness: A Promise of Peace.
