The references in the above videos are doubtlessly too graphic for many to even consider without feeling entirely uncomfortable; then again, ignoring the millions of overdoses, suicides, severe depression etc. in developed countries [as well as why they end up in that position] is about the same as suggesting a church or social/political organization is doing its duty by appealing to those usually wearing suits [though that isn't bashing capitalism, or acting as if it hasn't done more good for the world than any other system]. A rhetorical question of course, but should a person seek wisdom from someone who doesn't even know what a rainy day is, or another who has chosen or been forced to consider the darkest parts of all human history?
