 Hey, I'm struggling to find another good science fi...

 Hey, I'm struggling to find another good science fiction series.  My preference is no galactic wars and I prefer the ones that work on the science (Hard science).  But I am a sucker for a good space opera.  I'll put this on my blog, send me your recommendations and if I really like one, maybe it'll appear below.

Mike Fun Scifi then you cant go past "Delphi in Space" series lol But that's yours. So I guess the "Initial fold by Nick Adams might fit your bill or if your in to older Types of Scifi perhaps Elizabeth moon's "The Serrano Legacy".

Chris I know you said no wars BUT Terry Mixon's Empire of Bones is a great series (IMHO). He has written a couple of other series too. This one seems to be his baby more than the other ones he wrote.
