Awards for Two Books
I'm happy to announce that two of my books won awards from the Military Writers Society of America this year in both fiction and nonfiction categories (a Silver Medal for History for “Bernard Montgomery’s Art of War,” and a Bronze Medal for Historical Fiction for “The Hidden Sphinx: A Tale of World War II Egypt). This is a wonderful surprise and a great honor!

That is very exciting; congratulations! I learned of your writing when searching books about Erwin Rommel. I found the books on his photographs and really hope my university Library has them. Or that I can locate them by inter-library loan when that starts up again. I can't buy them outright or I would. It looks like you have done an incredible job putting the project together. The restorations look wonderful. What a prolific photographer he was! I'm very excited by the previews I've been able to examine on Amazon. I am slightly fascinated by his life story, and sad his life had to end the way it did. I can't help thinking he could have been valuable in his country's rebuilding efforts after the war. Take care!
