Erasing Time--the cover is finally final.

Notice any differences? I didn't. (Which is why I'm lousy at all of those picture games where you're supposed to find six differences in what appear to be two identical pictures.) Anyway, I'm very happy with it. It's an awesome cover.

The book is coming out September 2012, and I'm writing the sequel right now. (Must figure out a way to put the cover on my sidebar and website . . .)

Cute girl.
Question: Why are females on book covers so often dressed in scanty clothing? Is there a significance to the clothing choice?

Janette I am so unobservant. I didn't even look at what the girls were wearing until you mentioned it. Sigh. I'm not sure. It certainly isn't to appeal to guy readers--they don't usually read books with girls on the cover unless there is also a guy on the cover wielding a weapon.

The thing is, authors don't get to choose their covers so we're just happy when they look good. Sadly, many of my covers haven't looked good and it shows up in the sales. Hopefully, many people will be unobservant like me and not notice that the girls are apparently wearing, um, black swimsuits.

Thank you for enlightening me. You are adorable! I have been known to 'dress' covers with marker sleeves, etc. - which my teen daughter gets annoyed with as she thinks I am a prude. Giggle... I was doing this years ago so the fact that I am now forty can't be factored in. We look forward to reading your newest work!
