Unseen Realm & Demons: A Thank You and Update About A New Film from Faithlife TV

I just wanted to say a quick thank you to everyone who has purchased my recent book, Demons: What the Bible Really Says About the Powers of Darkness[image error]. As you can see below, as of today (May 5, 2020) it’s doing well. But even more amazing is how, five years since its release, its predecessor is still ranking consistently high on Amazon.

Those who follow my content likely know about the recent sales award for Unseen Realm. The response to the book has been a blessing. Truth be told, the Amazon rank is the one metric I have tracked since 2015 regarding Unseen Realm. Incredibly, I’ve only seen the book move over the 10,000 mark of all books sold about a half dozen times in five years.

I appreciate the response and the faithfulness of my audience deeply. The success of these books, as well as the amazing growth of the Naked Bible Podcast, has made something quite clear to me: people who care about Scripture are hungry for content. They are tired of the milk and want the meat of the word. It’s gratifying and very encouraging to me as I think about where the believing church is headed.

I also want to give everyone a heads up about a new film related to my content. Faithlife TV had earlier produced a documentary on the content of Unseen Realm. A new film on the content of the Demons book is scheduled to release in the summer of 2020. It is available for pre-order. Judging by the reception of the Unseen Realm film (it was nominated for eight film awards), I expect this new film to also be well done.
