Untamed 2.0 is out today! CONTEST

I've been so busy working on Defiant, that it completely slipped my mind that today is RELEASE DAY for Untamed 2.0.

I've blogged lots about it, and there are excerpts below and on my website, so if you want a sneak peek you've got it.

This version has all the cut pages restored and the original death scene for the villain which was cut from the first published edition of the novel and happened "offstage" and in a very different way. The original way I wrote it was much more satisfying.

I'm very excited to find out what readers who read the original version think of the new version, particularly that death scene.

Untamed is available at Amazon.com in print and on Kindle, on BarnesandNoble.com both in print and for Nook and at bookstores.

To celebrate the book's release — and to celebrate having finished Connor's story at 1:04 AM —  I'm giving away three signed copies of the book.

Just comment below to be added to the drawing.

Anna I lovvvved it! Please write one for Wentworth! :)

Pamela Hurray! Thanks, Anna, for sharing your thoughts. I do plan to write Wentworth's story. After DEFIANT, I expect there will be quite the demand for his story.

What did you think of the real villain's death scene? (Being vague to avoid spoilers.)

Katelyn I haven't finished yet. But I am very happy with the change in how the villain dies! I've read Untamed numerous times and I always find myself rereading that specific part of the book. It's such a great scene and with the changes, I fell even more in love. I didn't realize that was possible.

Keri Oh yea!! Wentworth's story I can't wait for that bad boy to get his! I hope she rips his heart out and makes him beg to get it back...but in a very loving way of course. :-)

Pamela I can't wait to see what you all think of Wentworth's storyline in DEFIANT. You will see him as you've never seen him before.

Connor is, well, Connor, and he's the hero, obviously. Lady Sarah Woodville is Wenthworth’s niece.

So you can see some potential grounds for confrontation there.

There's an excerpt on my website if you haven’t seen it yet and a couple of excerpts on my blog. Here’s a link to an excerpt from the beginning (prologue plus first chapter) and then a tidbit from Chapter 6: http://pamelaclare.blogspot.com/searc...

Patricia First of all, you are a phenomenal writer/author. I was looking for a new author when I chanced by the intro to your book "Surrender" and then purchased it. After reading the first chapter, I went back to the bookstore and bought another copy of the same book for a colleague at work because I was not going to loan this book out. I am half way through reading this book and all I can say is wow. It is a nail biter. Years ago, I found an author whose writings were truly just as phenomenal and she was the late June Lund Shiplett where she wove tails of the same genre of stories as "Surrender". I absolutely loved them and I kept all of the books from that series. I am glad I took the chance purchasing your book and have the second book on order as well as one of your suspense books. Winning a signed copy would be fantastic. It's been a real privilege.
