Well, it’s finally here. The moment when store shelves get filled with shiny hardcovers and pre-orders ship and ebooks download and my precious book baby stops being mine.
It’s a moment I’ve lived through ten times now (HOW IS THIS MY TENTH BOOK???) and yet it’s still a head-spinning mix of excitement and panic. Because I want you guys to love this book so badly.
I hope it was worth all these months of waiting. And I want you all to know how much it means to me to have you stick with me–and Sophie–on this incredible journey we’re on. I wouldn’t have this job without you, dear readers. With every single piece of my heart, I thank you.

I think Fitz is a bad person, and that Keefe deserves Sophie. I would go into it more, but that's basically all i have to say.

Maybe this ending will make it so we stop fighting over shipping her, and instead getting her to HAVE a ship! Because Sophie NEEEEEEEDS a ship MESSENGER!

I think that the reason that sophie is unmatchable is because they dont know who her parents are, so in the next book the teas gonna be about sophies parents

or... since sophie thought that kenric was her father the blackswan faked his death so that she wouldnt be able to find out who her parents are...nm kenric is too nice to make everyone sad about his death
I went to see Shannon on tour, and she said that she will choose a ship in the next book, and she wishes that she will give a good reason for choosing one ship over the other--(hence, she has not chosen/ confirmed a ship yet)
I have a theory:Mr. Forkle said he knew who the parents were, right? And that Sophie didn't? But the parens didn't know each other. Also Mr. Forkle has a twin brother that they share everything with, but how do we know they didn't share the parents names?
So Mr. Forkle #1 could know the mom, and Mr. Forkle #2 could know the dad.
Therefore, the secret very well might have died with the other Mr. Forkle.
That would be sad...
I'm just so scared it will be true, while at the same time, happy.Mr. Forkle said that if Sophie ever knew who her parents were, the world would explode, now she might not know anyway, it's a good and bad burrito.
