Susan Hooray for SF audiobooks! I grew up on my dad's old SFF collection and that shaped what I expected out of literature for life. Needless to say, many school-assigned books did not live up to my standards. SFF provides me with a lot of entertainment and a healthy wonder for what could be. Audiobooks have kept me sane these many past years. Thanks for the chance in the giveaway.

Kal This is a great comment! I could not agree more about SFF.

Good luck!

Ron Shaw My mom used books to "escape" a bad home life in her youth. As such she wanted me to enjoy the wonder she had known, so I was given gifts of "Citizen of the Galaxy" or given access to her own library which included "The Dragonriders of Pern" "The Lord of the Rings" and many others. I tried my best to find the same joy she had but both of us were unaware that my disability affected my concentration such that even though I could read text well, trying to sync what I was reading with the mental images that they were portraying was too difficult for me to read for leisure. When I got into Gaming, my desire grew and yet still I could not read for fun as I had to find my place on the page again and again as I tried to visualize. For decades the number of books I had completely read was 1-2 per year. In 2014 some of my gamer friends introduced me to audiobooks in earnest as several of the games they ran at the convention were based off of their favorite SF/F series (plural). Since that time I have "read" over 200 audiobooks and am hoping to complete the self imposed goal of 183 books this year for the Goodreads 2018 competition.

Dang! Even with a disability, you read waaay more than I do. That is impressive and inspiring. Good luck on that goal as well!
