
Today is #selfharmawarenessday and I want to say this: there are many ways to self harm and too often we suffer in silence, hidden behind smiles, trying not to let others see our scars and our pain. But there are just as many ways to heal. Let others in. Reach out. Ask for help. Give help. Be a friend. Love. Accept others and yourself. And remember: you are never alone and you are always, always enough. I love you with all my heart! ❤️
