Because today didn't suck enough already

I just learned

the House has passed H.R. 358

and

my college gynecologist and friend has been running a murderous abortion mill for at least 30 years.

message 1: by Michele (new)

Michele I was greatly saddened to see this horrendous bill pass. It is yet another sign that our legislators do not care about women or our health. As the rest of the world works towards women getting more rights the United States is going backwards.

Cicci I'm shocked and horrified and grateful I don't currently live in the US. But rot like this spreads to other places as well.

It's enough to make any sane person sick.

Luke It still has to get through the Senate and the President, and it is very unlikely either one will pass it, fortunately.

message 4: by Michele (new)

Michele I realize that it will most likely never make it past Senate but the fact that they are willing to go to these links to take away our rights and car so little for our health scares me. It also greatly saddens me.

message 5: by Renee P (new)

Renee P It irks me that most of the people voting for this are male. It should be 50/50, especially in something that concerns women so much more than men.

Jenalyn Want a good book that'll put the whole abortion thing into perspective? Try reading Unwind by Neal Shusterman.
