It's not rocket science to know that children are unable to make this decision because they're in their formative years. When they're eighteen, they can do what they want. But we are already seeing several teenagers whose irresponsible parents allowed them to have these operations, and they're already regretting it. This is mass madness. It should only become an issue once they're fully grown, legal adults.
