free Doll Queen prequel

Heya, everybody. Well, I had some free time a couple weeks ago, so I decided to write a short story, and I ended up writing a prequel of sorts to The Doll Queen. But it's more of a stand alone story. It's about a female knight who encounters an armored attack butterfly. I decided to make it a free e-story at smashwords, so if you'd like to check it out, click here
oh by the way, what do y'all think of the cover?

She wants to have the dumb things removed, but along the way, she has to deal with faebots, a pig who doesn't wear pants, a magical cookie and killer dolls. Can she finally rid herself of her braces? And can she discover why fairies have no genitalia? This ain't Tinker Bell. By the author of SinEaster and MachoPoni.
About the Author
Lotus Rose is also the author of MachoPoni: A Prance with Death, SinEaster, The Doll Queen, and The Corruption of Innocence. He writes about young characters in strange situations. At times dark, silly, or bawdy, his writing owes much to such influences as Alice in Wonderland and Roald Dahl, and explores themes like disillusionment, and the corruption of innocence. If his books were movies, they'd likely be directed by Tim Burton. He often writes in a style that is a more edgy, "grown-up" version of children's literature interspersed with his poetry and songs.

Well, here's the possible cover for Faerie Brace-Face, which I plan to release soon. I decided to go with a simple, elegant design for the cover. What do you all think? Do you like it? Have any suggestions? Anything about it you don't like? I haven't decided whether this will be the final version. I'll have to think about it a little bit, and I'd like to hear what other people think. Thanks all!

SinEaster cover 2.0

In my previous blog entry, I posted a preliminary version of the SinEaster cover. Someone informed me that the title on it looked too small, so I went back to the comp and played around and made a version with a bigger title! So NOW the cover is complete . . . I think. heh. Well, y'all can compare the versions if you'd like. Which do you like better? Well, in any case, I hope you all like the cover.

SinEaster cover

Okay, so here's the cover for SinEaster. I've been working a few days on it, and finally feel that it is pretty cool looking, though I still reserve the right to change it. I should be more specific about my role. I didn't draw the artwork, but I did all the lettering, with the aid of programs and stuff. So there you have the cover. It's come a long way from my first crude idea for it and the mock-up I did, taking pictures of pink bunnies off the internet and putting them next to a picture of...
