To My Teacher’s & Mentor’s With Love
Learnt many things in life being ‘Eklavya’. Thanks to all those ‘Dronacharya’ I came across.
Well today I am sharing this article as a small dedication from my mentors and writing from there prospective about the qualities I have learned from them. For me it’s difficult to put it in words about the importance of their roles in sharpening up my life therefore just a honest try to put few things I learned in words.
Well the only thing which I learned and helped me grow in my life was Mentoring. It’s very important to have mentors in life who can nurture you and convert you from raw material to an awesome product.
Compassion, patience, preservance, ability; thy name is a Mentor
However I believe that we all are students in this world so keeping myself as a student I am writing and dedicating this post to my mentors.
This is what I have learned from my mentors and when I coach people I try to inculcate the same points in their system.
If I have to sum it up I have learned the following key points from them at different stages
Support, encouragement, friendship – Well we all need to be supportive in our lives no matter what role we are playing. The person who can encourage others towards reaching their goals will always succeed in any form of work because he has the art of creating leaders. A mentor who can scold you as a critic and support you as friend is the biggest asset towards the success you can achieve in your life.
Help with teaching strategies/subject knowledge: Many a times in life we get stuck into situations where we need an expert advice to get out of it. A good mentor is always ready to coach and impart the subject knowledge which we lack and help us in understanding & creating the strategies.
Discussing, sharing ideas –It’s important to have a vision and a dream. However it’s more important to have a Mentor with whom you can share your ideas and discuss its pros and cons .I always say no idea in this world is useless but it depend on the person with whom you shared that idea.
Feedback, constructive criticism – Criticism is something which you can get for free from any person but constructive criticism which will help you in growing will always comes from a person who care about your growth and it’s your Mentor.
Career affirmation, advancement, commitment – for all these factors in this competitive world we need right people to guide us, sometimes when we don’t have a mentor we fall for the traps and later we realize the old quote All that glitters is not gold
Reflection –This is the most important point and I proudly say I am the reflection of my mentors. They were never interested to influence me but they were interested in sharpening my skills and abilities and to become a leader like them. They all are great leaders however I am still just a leader who is just a reflection of those great individuals who made me realized the best art you can teach anyone is the art of mentoring ; creating leaders.
“Better Than A Thousand Days Of Diligent Study Is One Day With A Great Mentor…”
My book The Reflection Success or Stress Choose Wisely is dedicated to the teachings & knowledge which I have learned from all these great personalities & how it has helped me shaped my life towards Peaceful Progress & helping others.
“If I hadn’t had mentors, I wouldn’t be here today. I’m a product of great mentoring, great coaching

The line between Respect and Fear
A Gangster was asked why he carried a gun. He replied:“Before I had this gun, I didn’t get any respect. Now I do.”
Well this line tells all .This article is not about us as professionals its about us as a role model as a brother sister or as Parents.
In a recent survey I spoke to many parents and teachers and I found out that they believe if a child obeys them, or says “Yes, Sir/ No, Sir,” it means the child respects them. Several teachers have told me they felt more respected when there was more ‘discipline’ in the classrooms.
There is a danger in mislabeling fear as respect. To use an analogy, consider what would happen if two jars in the medicine cabinet were mislabeled. What if poison Liq ARSENIC was labeled as cough syrup, or acid as contact lens cleaner?
Here are some comparisons between fear and respect:
Fear is toxic.
Respect is nurturing.
Fear destroys self-confidence. Respect builds it.
Fear is life-threatening. Respect is life-enhancing.
Fear is forced. Respect is earned.
Fear is learned. Respect is earned
To confuse the two creates serious problems for society. Fear and respect are very similar feelings, as anyone who’s heard a ghetto kid use the terms interchangeably can attest to. But they’re not the same. Where is the border between fear and respect, or rather, how are they related to each other?
Respect always involves at least a bit of low level fear or at least the potential for it. That is, one cannot feel true respect someone or something that isn’t capable of adversely affecting him. Respect also has other ingredients. It’s kind of like liking and fearing someone at the same time. If you look at the root of the word (“look back” in Latin), this makes sense. Respecting someone is like constantly looking back over your shoulder at someone following you, always making sure they’re never too far or too close.
Fear is a purer emotion. It’s simply the recognition that someone or something has the potential to harm you, and nothing more. It doesn’t involve the complex mix of attraction and avoidance that respect does — it simply makes people want to get away from the object of fear ASAP, and stay away.
There is no respect (or love) in fearing someone, or vice versa. There’s only a response to a perceived danger, and a change in attitude one adopts in the desire to escape that danger or to befriend what one perceives as a `greater power’ in order to be a part of it rather than its target.
Real respect is in empathy and understanding, of two different people on a level ground, looking straight at each other — not in a top-dog/under-dog relationship, where one is looking up at the other, and then away, as the other is looking down at him.
It is important for a parent to be an authority figure and not a tyrant.
When you respect someone, you value them and what they have to share. When you fear the person, you do what they say to do to prevent consequences. Fear does not allow the child to develop and grow. They don’t learn how to become independent thinkers, make decisions or express themselves in a relationship that is kept together by fear.
So it’s our choice what we create in minds of our children’s, brothers, sisters, nephews etc.
“Respect is reverence out of love; Fear is reverence out of hate. Choose Wisely”

Life – Keep it Short & Simple
If I ask what is life? It may sound like a strange question to you? Of course we all know what is meant by the word “life”, but how would you define it?
We e all have made our lives so much occupied that we have not only made our but our loved one’s life full of complex situations. So just a quick reminder for everyone with some simple points I have learned from my mentors and following it by heart has given me wonderful results on all fronts. Hope you all find something useful from it.
Don’t educate your children to be rich. Educate them to be Happy. So when they grow up they will know the value of things not the price
“Eat your food as your medicines. Otherwise you have to eat medicines as your food”
The One who loves you will never leave you because even if there are 100 reasons to give up he will find one reason to hold on
There is a lot of difference between human being and being human. A Few understand it.
You are loved when you are born. You will be loved when you die. In between you have to manage…!
If u wants to Walk Fast, Walk alone..!But if u wants to Walk Far, Walk together..!!
Six Best Doctors in the World-

Maintain them in all stages of Life and enjoy healthy life
If you see the moon “You see the beauty of God”
If you see the Sun “You see the power of God” &
If you see the Mirror “You see the best Creation of GOD” So Believe in YOURSELF
We all are tourists & God is our travel agent who already fixed all our Routes Reservations & Destinations So! Trust him & enjoy the “Trip” called LIFE…
Life is too short to be anything but happy. So kiss slowly. Love deeply. Forgive quickly. Take chances and never have regrets. Forget the past but remember what it taught you.”

The Greatest Wealth is Health
It is health that is real wealth and not pieces of gold and silver.
Your body is a temple, a gift from God. You will be blessed as you care for your body. When you are obedient to this simple law, you remain free from harmful addictions and have control over your life. You gain the blessings of a healthy body, an alert mind, and peaceful progress.
Awareness for healthy life is when we are able to realize what we are doing. We observe ourselves, noticing our reactions, actions, and choices as if we were a detached viewer. Awareness is the first step to change because we can’t make a change unless we are aware that one needs to be made in the first place. We can then begin understanding why we are doing what we are doing. Afterward, it becomes difficult not to change because we are no longer asleep to the truth behind our behaviors. We also begin to realize that, just as much as we are the root source behind the causes for our behaviors, we are also the originator for any changes that we want to happen.
TYPES OF PURIFICATIONS:
1. Body gets purified… by WATER & EXERCISE
2. Breath gets purified… by PRAANAAYAM
3. Mind gets purified… by MEDITATION
4. Intellect gets purified… by KNOWLEDGE
5. Memory gets purified… by MANAN & CHINTAN
6. Ego gets purified… by SEVA(SERVICE)
7. Self gets purified… by SILENCE (MAUN)
8. Food gets purified… by POSITIVE THOUGHTS WHILE COOKING & EATING
9. Wealth gets purified… by GIVING/DONATING
10. Feelings get purified… by LOVE
Our past and our present no longer have to dictate our future when we choose to be aware. We are then free to move beyond our old limits, make new choices, and take new actions. With awareness, our paths can’t help but wind us forward in our lives while paving the way for new experiences and new ways of being. It is through awareness that we can continue to consciously evolve.
Health is not valued till sickness comes.

Hi friends i will keep it short and simple the most important factor i have learned from my mentor for being successful and content in life is to ignore everyone and follow your dreams.”Don’t let others define you with what they tell you to do and not to.
Even if your dreams fail, you’ll feel proud you gave it your all to accomplish them. Dreamers fail every now and then, but they also learn more in life. You learn from failure. So, dust yourself off and try it againIt’s your life, live it under your terms!
Simple rules in Simple Words
Be Passionate– Its very important to be passionate about what you do and how you do it. You may have all the resources of the world but if you don’t have passion you will never be able to achieve what you dreamt for.
Be a Risk Taker– This can be very difficult if you aren’t in an environment where it is accepted. Making mistakes and learning from them will make you the best. If you have faith in an idea or on a concept just go for it there is no use delaying or dropping it based on someone else perception. Take risk no matter what result it may bring just do it.
Invest in and surround yourself with Positive Friends not Drama Queens–
Well the line itself self explanatory however in simple words Don’t Suffer Fools.
Be the same person in public that you are in private. Remember what you practice that only you can preach. So don’t try to impress people with fake personalities or some other sort of techniques. Always be yourself change for better not to impress others .Winston Churchill said and I quote” The only person you have to be popular is your wife”. So stop impressing others and be the best version of who you are.
Be patient with people.
Respect everyone individuality. Often we see leaders try to solve each and every conflict. However my mentor uses to says, “You’ll be amazed at what will fix itself, if you leave it alone.”
“Even if you’re 99% right, and they are 1% right, the conflict will end up in 50-50% fight.” Dealing with interpersonal conflict and disagreement is a necessary part of leadership, but the wise leader will engage conflict with patience and grace. We should remember that any time we engage in direct conflict intervention with someone, we will leave the conflict with bruises and scars.
Always learn. Be humble enough to admit you don’t know everything .No matter how many years you have spend at a position there is always something which you may not be aware of .So keep on learning with grace and gratitude.
Be focused
Be focused towards your goals in life. There may be lots of distractions which can come up in your life, don’t run from them but don’t allow them to change your focus from your goals.
Some people aren’t like you
Learn the art of managing people who are different than you. Everyone will not have same approach like you. They may not be having same skillets which you pose but you need to know how to manage people as per their skills and you will get the best results in life.
Anyone can have a big idea
Be flexible and give respect to every individual you meet. You don’t know whose idea can turn into a revolutionary product in future. Respect everyone views and value their opinion.
Admit your faults Learn to admit you faults no one is perfect and even after years of experience you may make mistakes instead of shifting the responsibility from your head to someone else or blaming others learn to admit and keep improving yourself as a leader
